@mentioning people on mobile results in popup going off screen

When mentioning people on mobile, the user picker can go off the edge of screen with no way to scroll over to it.

It's a third party library... which now that I'm typing it out, is a pretty cruddy excuse for not fixing something 
Here's your free workaround: keep typing letters until your emoji gets bumped to the next line

which library? cause we can totally
yell at themfile appropriately researched bug reports with proper reproduction steps.
