Their homepage implies they're one of the original TDWTF companies -- rewriting existing frameworks "better".

They have a long track record, they exist since 1980. In a time when there were no/not many frameworks.

Still use Dataflex itself is the best WTF than ever.

'Visual Dataflex'? Wow - I used to code in just plain dataflex way back when. This brings back a lot of memories but probably none of them are much use to you. As for the WTF of rewriting frameworks - I really wouldn't be in the least bit surprised.
