As I can't seem to be able to add an attachment, try this.
Google Earth, In the USA, zoom in on Santa Barbara, California.
Coords are 34 degrees, 35 mins N 120 degrees 8 minutes W
Select the earthquake icon (on land)
At the time, I was living in the area, to me it felt like 4.40000000000000035525

That's because you live 2" off the epicenter.

I have really thick, air-filled soles, so I can't feel an earthquake with any more accuracy than 1-5 and 5-10.
