Spoiler tag Discoursistently breaks
-
Continuing the discussion from Spoiler testing:
Are we currently aware of existing issues with the spoiler tag plugin? (See my attached thread)
I've been trying to figure out the repro, but have now given up. Perhaps a testing jedi like @Yamikuronue can figure it out?
Check out the raw of my posts, is it broken or am I just "Doing it wrongTM?
Just seeing if I can figure out what broke the spoiler tag in this post.

I uploaded a jpeg version to see if it was just broken for png files.
It's anywhere Discourse gives you the lightbox thing.
No lightbox - spoiler works.
<img src="/uploads/default/original/3X/8/c/8c0ba9734c5ee28d590d012af606697d99cbbda0.jpg" width="398" height="500">
So there's a conflict between lightbox and the spoiler plugin...
Does anyone know if this is something we can fix ourselves?

No. The current behaviour is the fix for the previous buggy conflict between the spoiler plugin and lightbox.

No. The current behaviour is the fix for the previous buggy conflict between the spoiler plugin and lightbox.
Maybe if we throw more bugs at the problem?

The current behaviour is the fix for the previous buggy conflict between the spoiler plugin and lightbox.
And how did that work out for you?

Take your pick:
- conflict between lightbox and the spoiler plugin
- conflict between the spoiler plugin and lightbox
Clearly actually fixing it isn't going to solve the problem....

Maybe if we throw more bugs at the problem?
Bugs?! THIS IS DISCOURSE!!1
Filed under: posting this comment closed every open application on my phone except for Chrome, which "only" hung for 15 seconds, how's the migration coming?

So... we have plenty of bugs available to throw, is that what you're saying?

we have plenty of bugs available to throw
The number of bugs in Discourse is discocountable, and, as such, will vary depending on the observer. In Discomath, we use the "questioned equal to" sign, ≟ to designate a discocountable number, thusn_bugs ≟ ∅⋁␀ ⩻⩼ ∞
Or
n_bugs is questionably equal to the empty set or null, which are simultaneously questionably less than and questionably greater than infinity
