yep, from the Time and Temperature building in downtown Portland.
I keep meaning to look up if that was the original name of the building or if everyone's just called it that for so long the name stuck. I know that's is the name pn the front of the building so i presume it's official.
EDIT Apparently it is the Time and Temperature building now, but it was the Chapman building when it was constructed.... TIL
