Generally speaking, I have yet to find someone offended by that.
If I do, then I just don't make those jokes around them.
The world gets a little darker, but hey, got to appease people.
Myself, I would be more concerned that they decided to name the condition dyslexia. I suppose they wanted to make it harder for people with the condition to understand the condition.

Making jokes out of malice vs. making jokes through empathy. What are you enjoying the joke for? Is the joke funny because you can empathize, or is the joke funny because the malice in your heart loves to see others suffer.
I have a language processing disorder that affects my ability to understand what I hear. The sounds turn into meaningless noise occasionally. That's how I understand how dyslexia works. The ability to process the image fails temporarily. The same thing can occur with vision, and cause people to be blind even though they still see.
It's like, when your spouse is talking, and you go "uhuh" but have no idea what was said. Imagine if that ability to ignore was not voluntary. Or when your eyes glaze over because you are thinking about something else. The images enter your head (and motion detection processing is usually still working), but you don't "see" or record what you are looking at.
We're creating a world, where instead of solving the problem, we cover it up by not letting geniune expressions no matter what. Just in case the nature of the genuine expression is malice.
However, the downfall is that this is creating a world where empathy is impossible, not appreciated, and thus downright offensive "because you don't have X identity".
This has only made things worse.
Without empathy, people will just not care about the problems other people have. And they become echo chambers, incapable of seeing how another person might truly be suffering, preferring the voices that make them the most comfortable.
It is not privilege that blinds people to suffering, it is the fact that empathy is not desirable in our culture.

These dumb f**k should be forced to manually install a serial mouse driver.
You don't understand the Microsoft Way™. If anyone anywhere has ever done something, it's officially supported.
Windows 10 broke your mission-critical program because it relied on a specific pixel of the window border being blue? No problem! We'll add a compatibility shim to detect that specific program and revert the window borders to the Windows XP ones! In the kernel if necessary! And we'll ship it in every copy of every version of Windows, forever.
-
It was listening to debug on an embedded controller. I rebooted Windows and the serial mouse detected by Windows from the embedded system's spam managed to close down the debugger by clicking on the close button....

Switching branches is now an "advanced feature" guys.
Whereas in SVN, a branch is just a folder. #gitsucks

Oh wait, you probably take the open source approach of: fuck the disabled!!! FUCK YOU!!!!! I HATE USERS!
"Won't somebody please think of the
childrendisabled!"Sorry, you seem to use them for everything. They don't have a monopoly on rare/outdated hardware.
If a product can't be supported by default without messing up every other product (like a hardware device that does not identify itself properly, causing false positives in its identification) you can just make it a manually enabled setting. System configuration -> add device -> manually choose model.

being blue
Actually, we had to have the theme set to High Contrast #2, which is definitely NOT blue.

I didn't think I use a lot of Human Resources....
I'm sorry, will try to solve my own problems next time.
