But, since you mention it, we have breakfast for dinner a couple of times a month

Since my wife is getting morning sickness in the evenings, and has been immediately throwing up anything she eats after about 5pm, we've been eating dinner for lunch. Had some nice pulled pork with jacket potatoes and roasted peppers today.

For dinner, we have lunch (or just an ice lolly)

full quote added for context. Left it in Status as it really belong there. - abarker

  • No, I'm pretty sure the answer is still Cirno.

  • The answer is ga'arkembisladru.

    No, it is not.

  • How in the world did my posts end up here? I would have left the quote as context over there.

  • Anyway, since this is apparently my thread, lets keep talking about how Cirno is the strongest, like the OP.

  • So, like I've said before, Cirno's theme is one of my favorite songs in the various soundtracks, specifically the Hisoutensoku version.

I quite liked the crazy look they gave her in Koumajou Densetsu.

rereading yours, didn't need pacifiers for that, first two had access to nursing.

I don't really know how you got anything about babies from the Official Cirno Thread...

    Letty > Cirno

  • Very possibly. I don't know many characters apart from the ones in Hisoutensoku. But Cirno is the strongest.

  • area_deu

    Look, abarker-senpai noticed you!

  • Yeah, and it only took him 3 hours!

  • Anyway, I've only really played Perfect Cherry Blossom, Imperishable Night, Subterranean Animism, Hisoutensoku, Koumajou Densetsu 2, and 13.5.

I could never beat Utsuho at the end of Subterranean Animism, even on the easiest difficulty. Always ran out of continues before her last phase. We used to think she was unfairly powerful in Hisoutensoku, but by now, we've decided she's pretty average. Massive attacks and damage, but she's slow enough that if your opponent is any good, you're doomed.

But Cirno? We could never play as her well. She, the frog, and Meiling were just really crazily difficult for all of us. At least with Alice, I always felt like we had options. Cirno just melts, unless you get her dash 214C or sword 623B.

  • :wtf:

No, I'm pretty sure the answer is still drinking Sterno.

FTFY, and I can't agree more. Bottoms up!

  • Interestingly, there's a well known version of her themesong that's an ad for a drink.

    I rather like it.

Yeah, and I actually have a very faint idea what they're talking about. I just always considered Touhou as "oh, it's a cool bullet hell series, and there's also some cute girl stuff I don't care BULLEEETS".

Played a total of 10 minutes, though, so I dunno. Maybe it's some deep involved shit.

  • That's mostly it. There are a few fighting games and castlevanias as well, which tend to be very high quality. The music tends to be really good as well. The guy who started it all is a horrible artist, but he refuses to trademark his characters or something, making him well loved by the doujin community.

So there's this huge, terrifying fanbase. You'd be amazed. I'm a huge fan of Hisoutensoku (The second fighter + expansion) and Koumajou Densetsu II (The second castlevania one), because they offer some interesting and unusual gameplay elements to their respective genres, in accordance with their source material.

I heard this was Jeff's target for DIscourse in 10 years.
