Minor: Category in "Suggested Topics" doesn't update when entering topics via notifications

Steps to reproduce:

1. Enter a topic.
2. Note the category of the topic (e.g. Bugs).
3. Open notifications and click on one that will take you to a topic not in the same category (e.g. General).
4. Scroll to the bottom of the Suggested Topics list.

Expected:
The "browse other topics in category" lists the category for the topic you are in.

Actual:
The "browse other topics in category" lists the category you were in before following a notification.

Note: If a new post happens in a followed topic or a new topic happens in a followed category, the count and the category listing at the bottom of the Suggested Topics updates to be correct.

Odd, because I can repro on Chrome on Windows 7 64-bit and Chrome for Android.
