After moving out of my apartment which I still rent, because reasons, I decided to cancel the contract I had with my ISP there.
Okay. Sign my resignation, fill a questionnaire telling why I cancel ("I am no longer living there"), what is my opinion of their service overall.
The next week, I get the phone calls from their HQ asking the same bloody questions. No, thanks, I'm moving out, I'm not interested in your offers, I know where to find you if I want to.
A day after that, tada! An email in my inbox. With a link to their questionnaire. Asking precisely the same questions.
The service was good, a pity their marketing department is pathetic...
