Fun with Discosearch (Broken in PMs apparently)

I was getting "No results found" when I searched for "julie" or "Julie", so I had to scroll up manually to find out what her last name was. No results for anything I was searching, actually. Discosearch is worse than useless. Is it because I'm searching in the Sekret PM Club? Or is it THAT broken everywhere?
Fun fact: we've said "Julie" like a billion times in this thread.

Not to mention that it says “Search this topic” instead of “Search this PM thread”...

yeah, searching THIS thread by topic for "julie" reveals my OP. The highlight worked, though, according to my screenshots, when I did scroll up about 100+ posts to find the one I wanted.

When searching in a PM thread, checking the “search only this topic” ends up with “No results found”, always, despite highlighting matches:
