If you do voice recognition....



  • I called one of our customers today who just got a new automated attendant...

    "Welcome to The Company. Press 1 to use our voice recognition system...."

     



  • While it's a bit ironic, I think I like that better.

    I'd much rather push buttons than talk to some POS IVR.
     



  • "Please say 'No' if you don't wish to use voice recognition."

    "No"

    "I'm sorry, I didn't understand you.  Please say 'No' if you don't wish to use voice recognition."

     "F#@!"

    "I heard 'Goodbye'.  Thanks for calling."
