If you do voice recognition....
I called one of our customers today who just got a new automated attendant...
"Welcome to The Company. Press 1 to use our voice recognition system...."
While it's a bit ironic, I think I like that better.
I'd much rather push buttons than talk to some POS IVR.
"Please say 'No' if you don't wish to use voice recognition."
"I'm sorry, I didn't understand you. Please say 'No' if you don't wish to use voice recognition."
"I heard 'Goodbye'. Thanks for calling."
