Yup, via the Amazon app and/or the website.
Has a free app of the day (or collections of them at special times of the year) which is often an app which costs money on Play.

I used to, but for that apps I did get, they were out of date and old versions compared to the versions on Google Play. That was a few months ago that I'd checked, so maybe it's changed.

I don't think it has but for apps I wouldn't buy at full price and will probably delete after a few days anyway, it'll do.
