New forum idea

I was just thinking that it would be really cool to have a foroum dedicated to 3rd party tool / software WTFs. This could be a really useful resource. It would be nice to know how screwed up a tool is before management buys it and then forces you to lock yourselves into it. It might alllow us to avoid these products and might put a little pressure on the companies that produce it to improve their quality.
