Pinned topics not staying pinned.

This forum now stars a pinned topic. However it is not staying pinned - when pressing the 'new or updated topic' banner, the updated topics are inserted above the pinned topic. Only a reload moves the pinned topic back to the top.

Yuk, it should be consistent. When this happens in the day job I reopen and escalate...
