Iframes are evil, but those who use iframes to frame entire other webpages with their own scrollbars within the page are a particular type of evil. Am I the only one that gets annoyed by it?

Seriously, how do so many companies get web design so wrong? I bet if we polled the members here, we could come up with thousands of sites that are regularly visited and are utter shit.
