Minor bug: "Don't update URL" plugin option displays wrong

I have that option on. I know it works, since I don't have the URL updating when I go through topics, but every time I enter my preferences, it's unchecked.

If I save my preferences, it doesn't seem to update that setting unless I explicitly check and then uncheck it again.

Correction - it MOSTLY works. There are still random things that cause my url to get updated despite my having turned that off myself too.
