Auto Close banner not showing on already open when added.

Continuing the discussion from Unable to edit post. I want to update the scores.:
only bug is that if you set auto close people that already have it open don't see the auto close banner at the bottom.
Opening a bug topic as that seems to be what should happen.

More precisely.
An Auto-closing topic message should be sent out on the message bus to topic viewers when an admin sets a topic to auto-close.
