A solid WTF
-
It's probably legal in the US to do this, but please, food companies, don't tell us we're eating "solids" and pretend it's an adequate disclosure of what the ingredients actually are.
Speculation as to what they meant by "solids" is not encouraged, as the contents are already in my body.
-
A few liquids will wash those solids right down.
-
Looks like a miss-placed comma to me. "Corn Syrup Solids" is a fairly common ingredient I believe.
-
And then you'll likely have a few gases to top it off.
-
When a corn syrup has been concentrated to contain less than 10% water, it can be listed as “corn syrup solids” in an ingredient statement.Still funny :)
-
Don't so much worry about the solids and liquids... start worrying when you start seeing plasmas in your food. Plasma bad.
-
No, plasma is awesome. And tasty!
-
So it reads: Sesame seeds, sugar, sugar, sugar, cashews, almonds and sunflower seeds.
Hope you're not on a diet.
