Can't you for a while just strip all tags from Titles until a real fix is out? This does seem like something CS would have made possible
You are aware that while CS may have got this right for titles, it surely didn't for signatures. Much
amusementabuse ensued; the only saving grace was being able to entirely disable signatures…

Maybe I didn't make entirely clear what I meant... Wich is: CS as I have come to experience is (wich is by lurking in this forum) made abuse like that possible. Wich obviously was one of the reasons to switch to something saner.
Only that this "saner" solution also allowed the same thingI could see how you would misinterpret my statement, though and blame my amazing ability to not express what I wanna express! (also English not being my main language)

Only that this "saner" solution also allowed the same thingExcept that CS's brokennesses had no prospect of ever being fixed as it was not maintained in any sort of a meaningful way. DC is actively maintained by at least 4 people (namely @codinghorror, @sam, @eviltrout, and @neil) that I've seen. That makes a world of difference.
