Yeah duplicated URLs is kind of a weird edge case, e.g. one in a code section, one in the post -- but identical.

Actually, after looking at the code, I'm curious:
All the tests I've done so far have had a URL that gets downloaded as well. If this post gets edited by @system with no changes, it's probably a bug in the code that replaces the URLs and not with the downloading.
