I already live in a poor tropical country where cows are sacred. India wouldn't be that much of a change.

Find a job that you like. Start looking before your contract runs out so you are prepared.

Yeah, I'm doing that. My contract is at will so I can bail whenever but I prefer to give them proper notice at the end of my contract if I find something better. I have been with them for 4 years so it is time to change. I'm keeping tabs on several opportunities and brushing my CV and stuff. Maybe I'll go back to ms or one of its partners. We'll see.
