That's what I call a discount!

Looks like Cyprus isn't only asking the Russians for help...

Wait... Seriously? Someone suggested that maybe global warming could have caused an asteroid?

Never mind rogue asteroids or global warming, clearly our species is doomed anyway.

I'm not entirely clear on the matter - the quote was (when I first saw it) presented as some dizzy anchor seriously suggesting it, yes. But having searched around, I'm not too sure - no-one can be that stupid. Can they?

We had a news anchor commenting on the Felix Baumgartner space-to-earth jump saying "Yes this jump is VERY dangeroud. If he stumbles, at those heights, he won't come down to earth but float away in space."

So yes, people, on live national television, are capable of stupidity several orders of magnitude larger than you can imagine.

  • There are no such things as "stupid questions".

    There is only stupid people.

    And they talk.

    And procreate.

My good fellow. I say, what is twelve by pies?

Usually apples - but to avoid being really pedantic I'd normally round it to the nearest haddock.

IANAL, though, so I'm not up to date with modern advances in radiator technology. Anyone here had experience with slippers on kittens?
