I'm guessing there's no way of locking the topic titles?

Assuming you mean 'yes, there's no way', maybe it should be a suggestion over at meta.d? Or not; we TL3s are usually pretty disciplined when it comes to Article and Sidebar topics

I thought it was well known that a) don't mess with the Article titles and b) you can't lock the titles?
