I disagreed with them all...BTW, I counted 11 flags.

Why aren't the bodies of the flags being displayed? I know for certain the three flags against my post had text with them.

No repro, I can see the reply text in flags, old. This is on iPad. Is it browser specific?

It's apparently intermittent, also observed on New. Hard refresh fixes it when observed.

Firefox under Linux.

Does it happen on other browsers or just Firefox?

I've seen it on Chrome (64-bit Linux), too. Intermittent, as @PJH says.
