I might but IMDB has no "where to watch" listings for it. And I'm too lazy to search Amazon, Hulu, Netflix, etc separately.
Amazon only has an import copy on DVD for $25.

As for the geographical mixup, it seemed a fair assumption when you started riling "our" distribution channels. Since each country (actually each company) have their own distribution channels, it was the only reasonable interpretation.

CanIStream.it can do that for you. I think it only searches the US databases for the services it checks, but that's not a problem if you live in the US.

It is a mix between information that does not hurt if available, and some pages that are locked down.
Usually, you can google for keywords from the locked pages to get to the open pages, because the titles (and links) to the locked pages are in the navbar.

They certainly used to sell appliances explicitly for that purpose (we had one, and might still have it in a dark corner of one of our datacenters). I don't know if they still do.
