Probably by using a digital camera to take a photo of the screen.

I agree, that is not a WTF, that is something beyond WTF, because you actually have to go to great lengths to archive this.

Also the option to include the mouse cursor in the screenshot.
Using PrntScrn here isn't that big of a WTF. Word sometimes has trouble exporting vector graphics to PNG/JPG when you save as HTML -- most often I've seen it render it too small and/or not anti-aliased at all. I've also had to print screenshots for certain fancy web pages whose formatting confuses Firefox's print function.

You’ve spelled “broken” wrong. The only “confusion” I’ve ever seen in printing from Firefox is when the formatting won’t fit in 8½″ at the current zoom setting, which is easily fixed by either adjusting the zoom or switching to landscape.
