I don't know how anything works. If someone becomes a patron after I post it, can they still see it? Does it automagically post a "hey there's a item you can't see because you're not a patron" or so I have to do that manually? This site is low on the useful guidance.
EDIT: I just checked on a cookie-less browser, so I have to manually make a post saying I made a patron-only post. Sigh.
EDIT EDIT: Except it doesn't have a "everybody in the world EXCEPT patrons" option so patrons just get spammed with TWO posts about the same video, one of which implies they can't currently see it? Moronic. I don't expect software quality any more, but it'd be nice if companies spent more than 5-6 seconds thinking about the functionality of their product.

I have no idea. Can't you leave it open-ended? All I know is on Kickstarter, you can have those "25 people can get this reward thing" and it looks like you did that. If you get 3 $1 people, can you still get more people?

Nope, it is assumed your "free" stuff is kept separate from the "paid" stuff. However, there is an estimate of how many posts you've made in total in the Patrons-only section:

Yeah, it's likely some kind of hidden-somewhere-obvious-to-the-site-devs-but-not-normal-people setting that lets you specify posts that non-patrons can see the title but not the content.
