Weird onebox overlap

Browsing the Photos thread. Scrolling down and I'm guessing something didn't load quite right, because...
Chrome 51. Reload at that point seemed to clear it, so I'm assuming it was just a hiccup in the stream-in due to oneboxing or something.

On the other hand, starting some time last week, the scroll up/down control on the top will cover the notification icons, makes me difficult to click them (sometime will click on the wrong control)

I think that's an IE-ism (and, oddly, possibly not an Edge issue, either.)
