I think this is probably related to the fact that you're running windows. Please install a real operating system, such as FreeBSD or VxWorks, and see if the issue persists.

Thank you for your sensible comment, this has already been considered, however, the business has the need to use this less than perfect OS to assist the Development team who are even less familiar with RHES etc and other Flavors, than a mere Win admin such as myself :)

Apparently my problem is not in quoting, but in reading, your post looked like something the OP would write. Not sure why you did.
Fact remains that no one is going to diagnose the computer for him, and his claims are sketchy at best.

Also, anyone with half a brain knows that you don't have to allow the "server name info" to be legible when you post a screen shot.

I think idiotic statments like this are related to the fact you're not smart enough to work with computers. Please find a career you're more suited for, such as dishwasher, janitor, or sanitation worker.

MPS quoted exactly correctly, and is right in his reponse. Trying to diagnose your problems is actually quite easy, though. You were born with no intelligence, and have gradually declined from there until your current state of slightly above vegetative state.
The cure for your problem isn't so simple, though. They're not letting Kevorkian practice his skills any longer, and if one of us shot you we'd end up in prison. I guess the only solution is if you do it yourself.
