Responsive composer is weird.

Repro steps:

1. Narrow your screen to force NodeBB into narrow-screen mode.
2. Click "Reply".
3. Composer opens on the entire screen. Your URL now starts with https://what.thedailywtf.com/compose?p=
4. Realize you dun goofed and make the screen wider. The composer goes back to normal, but the URL stays the same.
5. Click the "go to the top of the topic" up-arrow in the header.

Expected result: I'm on top of the topic.

And why does NodeBB overwrite my URL when I open the composer in the first place?

Seems to only work when there's actual navigation going on. Testing now...

@Maciejasjmj oh, no repro in this thread. Apparently it only barfs when trying to load an actual new page of content.
