Worldview Test

These personality-like tests are bullshit and I refuse to participate. I'm only here to judge everyone else from my superior world view box.

@Tsaukpaetra FFS None of these are so mutually exclusive to be able to force a single answer!
Well, the correct answer is quite obvious here, though.

Become aware that the scientific perspective is also a worldview (rather than the only objective truth)
But that's wrong.A perspective is a worldview, no two ways about it.
There is (plenty) truth in science, but as soon as you introduce the human element, it becomes a worldview like any other.
I have no love lost for this test, but it seem to have pegged you about right.Could say the same thing about me, though.

I'll say that beer and iOS autocorrect made me do that.

judging by how they are named, the postmodern should be superior to my old modern worldview
-
Reading the description, the postmodern one say the bullshit views has value too. like, they consider pastafarians and urine drinking as valid as science. Real progress here.

A couple of weeks ago I tried signing up to mailing list and it rejected every mailinator alias I tried, so at least someone's onto them.
My favorite is guerrillamail.com. For some reason, Discourse blocked all their aliases except from one.

@asdf fakena.me is what I used last time, worked well

Here are your results:
The worldview you identify with most is called modern. Out of 17 questions, you 7 times chose the typical modern perspective as >your preferred answer.
The worldview you identify with least is called traditional. Out of 17 questions, you chose 12 times the traditional perspective as your >least preferred answer.
Looks like @cartman82 and myself are like two peas in a horrible, horrible pod.

Postmodernism is 100% bullshit, so this shouldn't come as a surprise.

They are, a religion crafted to be absurd by design. replace it with something you consider absurd for real.

Only until one tries to get a driver's license picture wearing a colander. Oh, then, they piously assure you, they're fully serious.
Of course, try that in Russia, and the head of the local DMV says you have to wear it when driving, and the cops'll be looking out for you so they can ticket you/arrest you/revoke your license if they see you without it.

The worldview you identify with most is called absurdist. Out of 17 questions, you 4 times chose an answer before >getting bored and moving on.

You'd have needed to answer one less question to be correctly identified as

I went through and got the point where it became clear that they were ML building, just thought “fuck those assholes”, and just closed the page.

@candlejack1 Oh boy. If you don't know about postmodernist "philosophy", you're in for a ride.

Um, actually, I pointed that out in the OP. Though I haven't seen an email yet (and nothing obvious in the first page of the ole spam folder).
