if you have to ask how to troll the best advice i can give is Don't troll.

Trolls are born, they are not made. If you don't have the right stuff to be a good troll today you never will.

A good troll needs to be able to read people at a glance and intuit exactly how they will respond, they need to be able to instantly and genuinely adopt the manners and mannerisms necessary to push the buttons inside someone elses head. they need the empathy to know, without a shadow of a doubt where that line is that they should not cross, and toe though they might that very line they would never dream of crossing it.

and that's not even talking about the complications caused by the lack of face to face presence online. to troll effectively online you need to do all that, with only the words a person chooses to share with you. you don't have the body language, the tones and inflections, the little tells that you have in face to face. in short, online you need to be nothing less than borderline telepathic.

if you do not have these skills today, you never will have these skills, because the best you can possibly in that case is annoying, and the worst you can be is a psychopathic bully. and the worst part is, you will never know which it is you are.
