Sending a Picture ...

I was CC'd on an issue with some scanning hardware. Not sure why, since it isn't really in my area of expertise or responsibility, but this caught my eye:
That's right, a pic, in Photo Viewer, sent as a screen shot. Who needs a raw picture when you can send such gloriously layered images?

I work with a guy who would certainly have pasted that into a .docx before attaching it. He continues to do this even though I've had Greenshot installed on all the school PCs for the last six years, which means that PrtSc screenshots don't go in the clipboard by default.
