Well yeah, probably want to be a little more diplomatic than that. But yeah. You're selling broken crap. When you get an unhappy customer like @Tsaukpaetra who clearly knows what's up, just play nice and offer the refund immediately. Full stop. None of this "You're testing it wrong

Actually, no, not technically, since 6.3 Gb is indeed readable. And reading past the mark does indeed work, it just gives bad data.
