No feedback when inviting to group

I figured out why I keep thinking I can't invite people to club-ded:
There's a searchbox that says "search to add people to the group". I search. I find someone. I click their name. Their name appears in the searchbox. There's a search icon, but clicking it does nothing. I assume I don't have permission for some button to show up and wander off.
If I refresh the page, they're invited to the group. WTF?

@fbmac People are getting invites, I just don't know they are unless I refresh the page. I keep running to PJH to ask him to add them directly.

If I refresh the page, they're invited to the group. WTF?yeah. that happened to me when i was running my mafia game.... it was rather annoying, but i figured it out pretty quickly and it's dealwithable....
still, just because there's a workaround doesn't mean this shouldn't be fixed.

that's just forcing the workaround, not fixing the problem
