The little
a class="permalink"thing above every post isn't a permalink.
I mean, it always wasn't; but now, since we actually can have permalinks, it should be one.

It's a permalink on community.nodebb.org, so we'll have permalinks there next time I update.

@ben_lubar I saw the "forum updated, click here to refresh" toaster this morning, but they're still not permalinks. Or was the toaster a mistake?

All that means is that the docker instances that host the forum restarted for whatever reason.
Typically it's only restarted due to some upgrade, hence the message.

This topic is (typically) updated when @ben_lubar intentionally restarts the instances due to updates.
In this case, the last restart was to disable Desktop Mode on custom skins (for... raisins).

@Tsaukpaetra I checked it, and I wasn't sure whether @boomzilla's post about restarting a plugin ~6 hours ago should've done the trick or not.
I was kind of inclined to think not, but I figured it also didn't hurt anything to ask.
