    But but... that is the reverse of reality!



  • You start to put the guitar together only to find the included hex keys do not support your guitar and you need to get new ones that are being worked on and will be finished in a few years.



  • Then you find out that the neck you bought uses odd-sized bolts to attach to the body, and the only manufacturer of that size of bolt uses a weird alloy which chemically reacts with the wood in the body and causes a severe self-sustaining exothermic reaction. So you do some research and find that that's been a known issue for 15 years now and no one has bothered to fix it. Also, when you ask why the guitar lit on fire everyone gets all elitist and calls you names instead of telling you how to put it out.

    And suddenly we're talking about the Windows API! How did that happen?
