Wow, if trolling is against Reddit rules, yet one more reason to NEVER visit that awful site. This shit's pretty funny.
The one about gravity reminds me of the Ali G bit where he's talking to, IIRC, Buzz Aldrin and he asks if NASA's going to land on the sun. And when Buzz says the sun's too hot to land on, he says "well they could just do it at night."

The closest I could find is a rule against threats and harrassment. So no, trolling isn't against Reddit's rules.

I didn't know Ken M was trolling. I thought the subreddit was making fun of a single person by finding all their dumb comments and pooling them together to make a mockery of them. I wasn't sure how close it was to doxxing. Forgive me for not knowing all the memes :p

@boomzilla The best part? I'm pretty sure that the picture is a painting, not a photograph, and if so, no one seems to have noticed. Not that this was really relevant to the rest of it, but it does mean people aren't paying attention enough even to ask about that - not even the HuffPost folks who posted it.

As a professional observer I'd like to add our good old friend "losing his touch", that's definitely what's happening to Ken M and I think it should be added to your list.

Why inconsequential? There's right and there's wrong, and most of the time it's very simple to tell which is which.
This is a site about wrong programming practices. If there were a TDWTF - Curious Perversions in English there are a fair few posts from here that would be front-page material for it. @DogsB would be their SpectateSwamp ;)
The real difference is that the people who decide what is right and wrong in programming are generally very smart, and the programmer equivalent of someone who misuses apostrophes or homophones would not have the nous to write compilers and design languages.

Yup. I saw a news story once with a woman raving about GMO, standing next to her herd of cows. I laughed my ass off. Then I cried for humanity a little. Then I laughed again because the fucks deserve it for being so clueless.
