C tic-tac-toe

  • What a thread that was - when I checked the last comment was actually C tic-tac-toe.  I wanted to comment but I thought it was just too fitting it finished that way and I didnt want to mess it up....

  •  I wish I had even the slightest clue what you're on about.

Today's headline WTF Interview story.  I trust it's sarcasm concerning the moronic repetition in the comments.

  • It's actually pronounced "See, this is why we had to disable commenting by unregistered users".

    (I can hope, right?)

  • The person №1 guesses at random, the other two stay silent. It's 50% chance.

Indeed.  I used to like scanning through the comments but now I mostly limit myself to the subjectivity of the featured comments.  Who has time to spend 3 hours routing through shit to find the occasional pearl?

    Alex and friends, apparently.

Seems like the featured comments are mostly just the result of a quick scan of the first page. (Or an early scan of the comments, but that amounts to the same thing.) There's the occasional nugget buried beyond page 2, but since there's no way of flagging comments, or voting up, only hard-core timewasters (like me) will ever see those.

Drat, it just dawned in my head that this sounds like an ordinary comment, albeit not a very coherent one. I was, of course, referring to this madness.

Sweet bloody jesus!!! I guess I must have missed this one (or read the comments before they became a heaving morass).  Glad you clarified, I was sitting there wondering if I was being thick and missing something (or subtly insulted and too ignorant to figure out how!).

Damn! I never saw that mess.
