No really, WTF is wrong in Korea?

We all know the pile of garbage Tizen is. But today this level of WTF just made it not-funny-anymore. Today is special because there's a new firmware update. Until today, you could generate a nice signed package (a ZIP) with your application, put it in a USB drive and stick it to the TV so it would run.
Well, not anymore. It seems that Samsung in all its mighty wisdom, decided that, no way, use our IDE (based on Eclipse mind you) so you can deploy your app to our TVs, over the network, again, because...
Why is this on Error'd? Well, I went to complain on Samsung and had to register:
Oh come on! Is it so hard to add maxlength to the two controls?
Not to mention those are paste protected fields so I had to paste and drag.

I don't understand how they fucked up the first one though. Usually there's JS that doesn't understand paste because there's no
onchangeevent triggered, but this... maybe the first triggers together with the second regardless?

They can't match because the length of the first one is different from the second one
