Starting soon as of this post. It's a two-day continuous event, so you can pop in whenever convenient.

What is it?

A number of relatively-famous Minecrafters.
One of them built this nifty floating house, the Lens:

Ok see you write a COUPLE words about WHAT THE FUCK THE THREAD IS FUCKING ABOUT and I can instantly know it's stupid trash I won't waste my time with.
*goes back to playing Lift It*

Lift It
You should try playing Jump and Duck next.
That clip doesn't capture the spirit of the game but all the other videos have been tortured to escape getting pulled due to copyright.

What is it?

WHAT THE FUCK THE THREAD IS FUCKING ABOU
Apparently they're playing a bunch of other games. You may or may not care.

One of them is Lift It.

I did open the link. It didn't say what the hell it was. Just a list of sponsors.

Just a list of sponsors.
To the right of that, although not nearly as visible, is a timeline of games they're going to play (and other stuff that's not games).

A timeline and a list of sponsors DOES NOT TELL ME IT IS A 48 HOUR LIVESTREAM FOR CHARITY.
Well I guess I could have gotten 48 hours from the timeline.
THE POINT IS DON'T TELL ME TO VISIT THE LINK TO GET AN EXPLANATION WHEN THE LINK DOESN'T HAVE AN EXPLANATION! Idiots.

DON'T TELL ME TO VISIT THE LINK
I didn't.
A timeline and a list of sponsors DOES NOT TELL ME IT IS A 48 HOUR LIVESTREAM FOR CHARITY.
No, but you could've gleaned that from the topic, which says "...marathon for ... charity". Even your Draxity should've been able to handle that, as there wasn't any metaphor.
Also, I know it would probably kill you to click a link, but there's one that says "About" right at the very top of the page: http://mindcrackmarathon.com/about.html where you could learn that
For the last several years, the Mindcrack group has worked with various charities to raise hundreds of thousands of dollars. This year, and for the second consecutive year, they're working #forthekids with Extra Life, in support of Children's Miracle Network Hospitals. The Marathon will take place in the Xbox Students in San Francisco, with 17 of the Mindcrackers attending in person and participating in gaming for 48 consecutive hours
