Yup. A nearby martial arts studio once advertised itself as "Certified WTF". It took me a while to comprehend that that was supposed to be a good thing.

This reminds me of Sony OpenMG software that came with a MiniDisc player years ago. It was a total buggy crap piece if WTFWare. Anyhow, sometimes it threw an error dialog that just said 'OMG'. At first i thought it was some joke a dev put in until i notice the software was called OpenMG.
