Editor bar always looks disabled

I waited for about five minutes for the editor bar to finish loading and enable itself so I could click the "Full Quote" button. Eventually I realized it was never disabled to begin with, they just changed the color to look disabled.

You're supposed to be focusing on what you're writing, not the bar. You're Doing It Wrong. We linked to the fail.d thread where that was said...somewhere.
