Edit, setting edit reason within ninja window does not trigger a tracked edit

@ben_lubar because i can't change the reply to.....
I edited this post within the edit window, i provided the optional edit reason. it did not generate the orange edit pencil as expected.
I would expect that setting an edit reason would override as the user has indicated that they wish to comment on the edit.

The edit reason is for people to comment on why they made an edit because people can see an edit was made.
As there's no indication a ninja edit was ever made, this seems like the expected behaviour. IMO, natch.

Except that I am entering data that I fully expect to not be saved, as the data is only shown as part of something that doesn't exist in this scenario.
