Playing around with the URL visible in the screenshot, it looks more like a 404.

Yeah, theoretically confluence.atlassian.com would be official docs from Atlassian.
But their homepage also seems down from here, so looks like they're having an outage

I guess that's marginally better than the strobing animated electrocuted stick figure gif they used to show on the frequent outages.
