What price failure?
It looks like a piece of property ("Property image" and "Images are not displayed") priced at £134,950.

Normally when I see "Price on application" I don't expect to see the price directly underneath it!
This only happened on the automated email, on the website the price is not displayed, just the text. (Hence no link).

I don't think the people who asked for the price to be disclosed only on application are going to think that somehow.

If I saw "Price on Application" followed by a price, I would use standard English grammar rules to figure out that the price listed was the price on the application. I would then guess that the price on the application was also listed at the side because whatever it is that the application displays the price, it's not very prominent or noticeable... maybe there had been complaints about not being able to find the price on the application without hunting for it. So they also put it in a nice big font at the side of the application, and labeled it in case anybody wondered what it was.davidh

Thats where the mailing list and web site differ.
On the website, either the price is displayed in red and in bold on the side, or you see "Price on application", as in, you have to ask for it before they'll give it to you so they can guage interest.
On the mailing list, you always see the price, and optionally see "Price on application" as well, above it. If you click the link for "More information" on the mail, it takes you to the webpage which doesn't disclose the price and has a link to request it upon entering your details.
