Well if you're already giving the answer away with the URL, you might as well save the pointless server-side check and do it with javascript.
In fact, the javascript function for checking should be just
return true;
. And not be called at all. And also the captcha and input elements should be hidden.

I have noticed that it does not claim to be a captcha, it just says "SECURITY IMAGE". Maybe it's protecting about something else. Maybe it's just to scare away the bad spirits.
Also I tried to visit the website and I don't see any (pseudo-)captcha. So I have to assume they are reading this thread and removed it after reading the other comment I made just now. Hooray for me!
