I think I'll buy it new...

  • Am I missing something here?

  • TRWTF: On my 1440x900 monitor it cuts off and I can't see the WTF. Now imagane how much trouble this is going to be for someone using 1024x768.

  • What? On my 1024x768 the WTF ("Used: 1 from $304" tab ) is clearly visible...

  •  I'm pretty sure when Amazon doesn't know what price to charge for something, or just can't be arsed to look it up, it just picks a number at random.

  • Not a WTF.  Especially not on amazon's end.

These are 3rd party amazon listings.  Some seller has decided to price their used item at a price signifigantly above the new price. That's not amazon's fault.  It's wholly the responsibility of the seller.  Note that amazon allows this because, for some items, "used" items may be collectable.  e.g., a signed first edition of Harry Potter is worth more than a new copy.

Hell, that's not even the stupidest thing on the page.  If you scroll down a little, MyGearStore has listed the item for $1,000,000.00

  • You're using win7.  Is that the latest RC (7100)?  What do you think?

I downloaded the beta back in the day, and liked it overall.  I haven't bothered to even make a DVD of the 7100 install image.

It's 7068 on my Laptop. I don't run beta-OSs on my main PC. I'll probably wait for the RTM version before updating again.

Overall, it's OK. Much better than Vista, but I still don't see a reason to update my WinXP installation on the other PCs yet.

    I hope this helps:

I'm going to lay down now, as I'm exhausted from the effort of cropping the image.

  • I'm using 7100, cant fault it at all.

Try holding the windows key and pressing arrow keys.

Ahh, I didn't see it there.  I was looking over on the right where it's much more succinctly presented.

I couldn't see that. It was clipped.

I only saw it now because I remembered to select View Image from the context menu.
