One of the features of Gmail is that, on occasion, it will show a list of related searches in the sidebar next to the mail thread you're showing. This particular search result showed up next to a MacOS X crash log:

What was the email you were reading? A crash log too, debugger output, core dumps perhaps?If so i'd say it is pretty related. Unfortunatly they discovered it the wrong way...
